Join us this fall for the 2nd Annual KNCB Fundraising Poker Tournament—an exciting evening of networking,
cards, camaraderie, friendly competition, and community impact!
Following a successful inaugural tournament, we’re going all in again with an even bigger night of Texas Hold’em,
great food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), a lively atmosphere, and an expanded lineup of prizes to be won,
all in support of Keep North Carolina Beautiful.
While state law prohibits cash payouts, we’re stacking the prize table with getaways, outdoor entertaining packages,
dining and entertainment experiences, and much more to keep the excitement going until the final hand.
The evening will also feature the 3rd Annual KNCB Bourbon & Spirits Raffle, with our largest collection yet of highly allocated and hard-to-find bourbons, rye whiskeys, scotch, tequila, and other premium spirits. This year's raffle includes over 80 bottles and 52 prizes!
Attendees can also take their chances in our 50/50 raffle, where one lucky winner will take home half the pot.
And if the cards don’t cooperate early, you’re not necessarily "flushed." Re-buys will be available through the end of the 6th round, giving players another opportunity to get back in the game, chase the final table, and support a great cause.
Whether you’re a seasoned poker player or trying your hand at Texas Hold’em for the first time, you’ll be playing for much more than bragging rights. Every seat, every hand, and every chip helps KNCB expand environmental education, support community beautification and litter-prevention efforts, and inspire environmental stewardship throughout North Carolina.

Tournament Prize & Raffle Ticket Distribution
In accordance with North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-309.29), no cash prizes will be awarded based on tournament results. Instead, tournament prizes will be awarded through raffle drawings conducted at the conclusion of play.
Each tournament participant will receive three (3) raffle tickets upon check-in. Players may choose which available tournament prize drawing(s) they would like to enter.
Additional raffle tickets may be earned or obtained during the tournament as follows:

Re-Buy: A player who uses their one permitted re-buy will receive three (3) additional raffle tickets. One re-buy per player is permitted prior to the start of the 7th round.*

Additional Raffle Tickets: Additional tournament prize raffle tickets may be obtained at the following levels: two (2) for $100, five (5) for $200, or twelve (12) for $500, with proceeds benefiting Keep North Carolina Beautiful programming.

Final Chip Count: When tournament play concludes at 9:30 p.m., players will receive one (1) additional raffle ticket for every $25,000 in tournament chips remaining.
The more chips you have at the end of tournament play, the more opportunities you'll have to win!
Players may distribute their raffle tickets among the available prizes however they choose—placing multiple tickets toward a favorite prize or spreading their chances across several prizes.
Tournament play concludes at 9:30 p.m., with prize drawings beginning at approximately 9:45 p.m.

Player's Starting Chip Stack: $15,000.00
1st Round Blinds: $100/$200
Rounds will last 15 minutes each, with blinds increasing each round
12-14 rounds anticipated
