Together with our network of local affiliates, civic groups, and statewide partners, we're mobilizing thousands of volunteers to beautify public spaces, remove litter, and inspire a culture of environmental responsibility from the mountains to the coast. Whether you're an individual, a business, a scout, or a student — your hands, your voice, and your commitment can help create a cleaner, greener North Carolina.

The Greatest American Cleanup fall dates on October 4th & November 15th, 2025
collected over 34,000 lbs. of litter and recycling statewide by over 1,300 volunteers,
working together over two days for a collective impact of over 3,500 volunteer hours!​
