As the first legal whiskey distillery in Texas and the first outside of Kentucky to produce authentic, handmade bourbon whiskey, Garrison Brothers Distillery has been a trailblazer since 2006. Founder, Dan Garrison, is devoted to crafting the world’s finest bourbon at the Texas Hill Country ranch. Each expression of Garrison Brothers Bourbon features a sweet mash bill, aged in the intense Texas climate, and proofed to perfection with pure Hill Country rainwater. Garrison Brothers unmatched quality is a testament to the passionate individuals behind it—from the Master Distiller to the production team, and the 17,000 volunteers who hand-dip each bottle. Garrison Brothers is as authentic as the people who make it.

Lady Bird

Of course our favorite at Keep North Carolina Beautiful, GB's Lady Bird Bourbon is a luxurious, limited-release meticulously crafted as a tribute to Lady Bird Johnson’s enduring legacy - her devotion to nature, native wildflowers, and civic beauty. This 114-proof expression begins as a four-year-old Texas straight bourbon, infused with Burleson’s wildflower honey for 8-9 months and finished for three years in French Cognac XO casks. Each bottle is thoughtfully sealed with Prairie Purple wax and imbued with rich flavors of honey, cognac cherries, dark chocolate, and malted milk balls - a “harmonious marriage of honey and cognac” that Dan Garrison, co-founder, describes as their most sophisticated creation to date.

What truly sets Lady Bird apart is its philanthropic mission. For every bottle sold, $5 is donated to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, a botanical institution dedicated to preserving native plants and promoting environmental education

Old Fitzgerald

Bottled-in-Bond - 10 Year

Each spring and fall, a new edition to the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series is released. Inspired by an original 1950's Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter, the packaging and series honor both the history of the Old Fitzgerald brand and the historic Bottled-in-Bond designation.

The Old Fitzgerald line is well-known for its distilling pedigree, as the brand was first registered in 1884 and was eventually sold to "Pappy" Van Winkle during Prohibition.

In 1999, Heaven Hill bought the brand and began distilling it at Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY. Today, in addition to our Old Fitzgerald Decanter Series, the legacy of Old Fitzgerald lives on in our other wheated Bourbons expressions: Larceny Small Batch and Larceny Barrel Proof.

George T. Stagg is a powerhouse bourbon released annually as part of Buffalo Trace's prestigious Antique Collection.

The 2024 edition clocks in at 136.1 proof, aged for about 15 years and 2 months, delivering a deeply complex profile featuring layers of allspice, cinnamon, leather, dark cherry, tobacco, and charred oak—all wrapped in a warming, long finish.

Extremely limited; this bourbon is allocated each fall and is notoriously difficult to find at retail, often requiring connections, lotteries, or surprising shop drops.

The bottle’s rarity and prestige contribute to this elevated value, helping it stand as one of the most highly demanded bourbons each year.

Pappy Van Winkle

Family Reserve - 13 Year Rye

The Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 13 Year Rye is one of the rarest and most coveted bottles in the entire Van Winkle lineup, prized not only for its age and quality but also because it is the only rye whiskey released under the Pappy name.

Originally priced around $200 at retail, it has become almost impossible to find on shelves, with most bottles distributed only through lotteries or private allocations. On today’s market, it regularly commands between $1,300 and $2,000+, with some auction sales pushing even higher.

Its scarcity, coupled with its reputation for extraordinary balance and complexity, has made it a true “unicorn” bottle among collectors, often valued on par with or even above some of the older Pappy bourbons.

Weller Special Reserve
Weller CYPB

Born in 1825, William Larue Weller was one of the early whiskey pioneers in Kentucky. Weller developed his original bourbon recipe with wheat, rather than rye in the mash bill. Wheat is a soft grain providing his bourbon with a mild, gentle and smooth taste.

He spent his lifetime educating consumers about the differences in his bourbon. William Larue Weller’s wheated bourbon became so popular, that Weller was forced to put a green thumbprint on barrels to ensure that customers were receiving the real deal.

Pappy Van Winkle eventually merged Weller’s namesake company with the A. Ph. Stitzel Distillery to form the Stitzel-Weller Distillery. The legacy of William Larue Weller continues to be honored today with award-winning wheated bourbons such as Weller 12 Year, Weller Special Reserve and Weller 107 Antique.

Woodford Reserve - Masters Collection

Classic Malt - 90.4 Proof

A standout from Woodford’s highly sought-after Master’s Collection, the Classic Malt is a pioneering American malt whiskey crafted from 100% malted barley and aged in new charred oak barrels. Released as part of the brand’s early experimental series, it offers a rare fusion of Kentucky heritage and Scotch-inspired technique. With subtle layers of toasted grain, light smoke, honey, and oak, this bottle exemplifies the innovation that defines the Master’s Collection. Long discontinued and increasingly scarce, it's a prized find for serious collectors and aficionados alike

Straight Malt - 90.4 Proof

This limited-edition release from Woodford Reserve’s Master’s Collection explores the boundaries of traditional American whiskey with a straight malt made from 100% malted barley, yet aged in new, charred oak barrels—a defining characteristic of bourbon. The result is a rich, full-bodied whiskey with deep notes of dark chocolate, toasted walnut, dried fruit, and a hint of spice.

First released in 2018, the Straight Malt stands as one of the more unique and underappreciated offerings in the series, appealing to both bourbon purists and single malt enthusiasts. With limited distribution and increasing rarity on the secondary market, it’s a must-have for collectors building a complete Master’s Collection set

Woodford Reserve - Masters Collection (2016)

Brandy Cask Finish - 90.4 Proof

The Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Brandy Cask Finish (90.4 proof) is an inventive release that marries Woodford’s grain-driven bourbon with nearly two years of brandy barrel maturity. It delivers a fruit-forward nose and palate, notably rich with cream soda, berries, and vanilla overtones, though it retains Woodford’s delicate mouthfeel. While the finish may soften quickly, it leaves a warm, caramel-tinged impression. Highly regarded by many reviewers, it’s considered a pleasant evolution from the standard Woodford Reserve—especially if you enjoy subtle fruit and vanilla complexity in your whiskey.

Madeira Cask Finish - 90.4 Proof

Woodford Reserve’s barrel finish philosophy aims to accentuate a attributes that already exist in our complex whiskies—never to add or change flavors. For the 2024 Master’s Collection release, Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall experimented with finishing our bourbon, rye, and wheat whiskies in Madeira barrels—creating uniquely fruit-forward whiskies.
Hailing from the Madeira Islands off the coast of Portugal, Madeira barrels are rich with dried fruit, spice, and nutty flavors from the fortified wine they once held. To further enhance the flavors of the Madeira-finished whiskies, we blended them with our fruit-forward Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey.
Together, this blend elevates the expansive fruit and floral notes found in our Wheat Whiskey to create this year’s Master Collection presentation: Woodford Reserve Madeira Cask Finish.

Jack Daniels

12 Year Old Batch #3

10 Year Old Batch #4

While batches within the Aged Series will have slight variations, the predominant notes of oak, butterscotch and tobacco can be found in each whiskey. Jack Daniel’s 12-Year-Old Batch 2 has predominant notes of pipe tobacco, oak, and butterscotch, while Jack Daniel’s 10-Year-Old Batch 3 is oak-forward with layers of fruit and cocoa.

Both expressions were charcoal mellowed and aged in new, toasted, and charred American white oak barrels first in the upper floors of our barrelhouse before being relocated to the lower ricks to extend the maturation process.

Both share the same grain bill as the classic Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye. Jack Daniel’s 12-Year-Old Tennessee Whiskey Batch 2 is offered at 107 proof (53.5% abv) and Jack Daniel’s 10-Year-Old Tennessee Whiskey Batch 3 at 97 proof (48.5% abv).

Buffalo Trace

Blanton's Gold

"Straight from the Barrel"

The world’s first single barrel bourbon was created in 1984 by Elmer T. Lee. Named after former distillery president Colonel Albert B. Blanton. Elmer recalled how Colonel Blanton would sometimes handpick a ‘honey barrel’ from the center of Warehouse H to enjoy with others.  Many years later, the Blanton’s brand was created. Today, Blanton’s Single Barrel has become one of the most revered and award-winning bourbons on the market.  The Gold Edition was the second version created, after the Original 93 proof.  This 103 proof Blanton’s Gold is very limited, but a favorite among discerning bourbon aficionados.

Blanton's Original

Single Barrel

Taken from the center-cut or middle sections of the famous Warehouse H, Blanton’s Original Single Barrel was once designated for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. Today, everyone has access to the world’s first single barrel bourbon. The taste profile is sweet, with notes of citrus and oak. The creamy vanilla nose is teased with caramel and butterscotch, all underscored by familiar baking spices such as clove, nutmeg, or cinnamon. Blanton’s Original set the standard for single barrel bourbons in 1984. Best served neat or on the rocks. Bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume.

6 Year Soft Red Wheat

Year Bottled in Bond

Ben Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bourbon (6-Year, Bottled-in-Bond) delivers a richly flavored alternative to traditional wheated bourbons. Aged for six years in Missouri-made white oak and bottled at 100 proof under Bottled-in-Bond standards, this expression swaps rye for soft red wheat in its mash bill (73% corn, 15% wheat, 12% malted barley), resulting in a smoother, richer profile that balances caramel, toffee, orchard fruit, and subtle herbal spice. It stands out as one of the few 6-year, bottled-in-bond wheated bourbons available today

Mystic Bourbon

Broken Oak

Broken Oak started life in a batch of leaking barrels—an unexpected hiccup that led Mystic Farm & Distillery to re-barrel the bourbon into fresh new charred oak casks. This second maturation, accidental yet inspired, resulted in a uniquely rich bourbon that’s received back-to-back accolades, including Double Gold and Best in Class honors at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2023 and 2024.

Bottled at 100 proof and aged approximately 7–9 years with a 55% corn, 45% wheat mashbill, Broken Oak unfurls layers of caramel, dried apricot, and orange zest on the nose, then unveils a lush palate of buttery cornbread, maple syrup, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts. The long, toasted oak–and black pepper–infused finish leaves a lasting impression.

Mystic Bourbon

Bottled in Bond

100 Proof

Mystic is proud to handcraft this superior spirit from the farm to the bottle as a unique expression of the North Carolina Piedmont. End of Days

Castillo 1815 Blue Agave Spirit

REPOSADO

Rested in rum barrels, Castillo 1815 Reposado is a profoundly layered agave spirit with notes of citrus, vanilla, and warm spice. Time and oak have conspired to elevate every sip with depth and distinction. Best savored slowly, in good company.

AÑEJO

Castillo 1815 Añejo is a bold yet refined expression, shaped by time, tradition, and our signature rum barrel aging process. This spirit reveals layers of buttery vanilla, peppercorn, and subtle fruit—flavors that evolve and expand with every sip.

Hints of creamy buttercream, warm spice, and citrus—rooted in the Blanco's foundation—are elevated by soft notes of vanilla bean and pineapple, leading to an earthy, grounded finish.

BLANCO

Castillo 1815 Blue Agave Spirit captures the essence of the Blue Agave plant, offering a symphony of flavors that balance rich earthy sweetness with subtle notes of pepper, sweet cream, and fruit.

100% Blue Agave Spirits like Castillo 1815 distinguish themselves from other popular tequilas by their dedication to quality. Many commercial tequilas, in their haste, compromise by using immature agave plants, leading to an underdeveloped flavor profile. To compensate, additives like sugar and flavoring are introduced, often causing undesirable effects and taste.

Castillo 1815 is made from 100% Blue Agave, carefully harvested at 5-7 years of age for peak ripeness and sweetness. Sourced sustainably, it holds true to the tradition of Blue Agave Spirits, akin to the process of crafting Tequila in the United States.
